Kangana Ranaut just got another reason to make the headlines and it is not the kind of announcement you think it to be. The makers of her upcoming flick Simran just released the official video song for the flick’s title track. The title song is sung by Jigar Saraiya and is composed by Sachin and Jigar. And this light-hearted title track will certainly strike a chord among the crowds.
The song depicts more about the quirky character of Kangana Ranaut that is Simran. The video shows everything from Simran’s misadventures around the city including her kleptomaniac habits and it seems Kangana is set to do something of a repeat of her character in Queen, but an upgraded version of it. Even the rest of the songs in the film seem to give a hint of resemblance from the ones in Queen. Take a look and tell us yourself. Here’s the song:
Watch out! Kangana Ranaut’s Simran Title Song Here in HD:
Recently the film was pulled up by the CBFC for using too many cuss words in the film, and demanded 10 cuts to be made in the film. A source close to the developments tells DNA, “Derogating women by gesture or language will never be permissible under any guideline, be it Pahlaj or Prasoon.” Also, out is the word bast**d. A casual reference to the Muslim community has also been censored. However, the biggest issue was not the words but some of the sounds that the film had which were deemed too provocative, which was asked to be toned down. “The sound effect made the sex scene look far more provocative than it actually was. So, it was asked to be toned down,” says a source.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Shailesh R Singh, Krishan Kumar and Amit Agarwal, Simran releases on September 15.
